The North County Community Office complex boasts a stunning two-story office building spanning 28,900 square feet. This modern structure encompasses a welcoming customer service lobby and offers publicly accessible conference and auditorium spaces. Adjacent to the office building is a spacious 12,000-square-foot warehouse with a convenient loading dock and crew facilities. The complex also features seven electric vehicle charging stations for the convenience of the public. One of the major hurdles faced in this project was finding a way to support the hangers below the roof without penetrating the roof deck. This challenge arose because of the need to incorporate additional supplemental supports modeled into the design.
ICON-BIM skillfully tackled this obstacle by seamlessly integrating the extra supports into the model, enabling us to provide a meticulously detailed cut list of Unistrut for ordering and installation.
